Dr. Bender served as Department Chairman at the U.S. Army Medical Center in Tacoma, WA for 4 years. He served on the faculty of the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in Washington, D.C. as a professor of abdominal radiology from 1997-1999 prior to joining Community Radiology in September of 1999.
