LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 18, 2005--Primedex Health Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:PMDX - News) and its subsidiaries (together, the "Company") announced today that the new Primedex/RadNet corporate website is now online. The new website, available at www.radnetonline.com, was designed and developed to provide, among other things, relevant information about the Company and its services, locations and medical staff.

The new website will provide patients, healthcare providers, payors and the investment community with new features and information, including:
