We are fully committed to our patients’ safety and a key part of that commitment is following CDC guidelines. Physical distancing is one of the most important things each one of us can do to flatten the coronavirus curve. That’s why we have implemented a new process that supports physical distancing by greatly reducing the amount of time patients spend inside our centers prior to the start of your radiology exam.

PreCheck

Allows the registration process to occur prior to your arrival at our center. PreCheck will vary by patient depending on the information that we have on file for you. Please know that we have created a secure system of exchanging information that ensures we are keeping your personal information private. We’ll walk you through the process via text or over the phone.

Virtual Check-In

Prior to your appointment, you should receive a text message from us. Upon arrival at our center, text (or call if you prefer) the number that texted you ahead of time. If you didn’t receive a text, we have the number on display outside of our center.

Entering the Center

When virtual registration is complete, we’ll request via text (or phone call) for you to put your mask on and head in to the front desk. We might need to gather your signature and payment before the technologist takes you back for your exam. We’ll make this stop as short as possible.
