Your care and safety is our top priority. To keep our centers safe and accessible, we diligently screen all of our staff and potential patients for COVID-19 related symptoms. We want you to feel confident regarding your safety when you visit one of our centers.

Our highest priority is to ensure the best health and safety measures for every one of our patients and team members. We have taken many steps so that you can feel relaxed and confident during your visit and to ensure that you do not unnecessarily delay addressing non-COVID-19 health issues. Please know that we have replicated the highest safety standards dictated by the state Secretary of Health and the CDC to image any non-COVID-19 exams at all of our imaging centers.

During this unique time, our imaging centers remain open. However, please contact us prior to your appointment time to confirm availability as some hours of operation are subject to change.

Remote Check-In & PreCheck:

You can now remotely check-in for your appointment outside of our centers. PreCheck allows completion of most paperwork prior to arrival, expedited service and less time in our waiting room.  Learn more click here.

Enhanced Cleaning and Disinfecting:

Our imaging centers are always clean, but we have now taken additional measures to further clean each individual site. We disinfect highly-touched surfaces throughout the day with EPA-approved disinfectants that are considered effective against coronavirus. Additionally, we have added extra time in between each exam to allow for additional social distancing and cleansing.

Knowledgeable and Prepared Staff:

Our staff has been trained extensively on infection prevention protocols which includes comprehensive patient screening and utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) when providing patient care.

Increased Safety Measures:

We have equipped all registration desks with protective shielding and have implemented mandatory temperature checks for all staff and patients.

Continuous Monitoring:

Our leadership team meets multiple times per day to ensure our safety protocols meet or exceed all currently accepted local and national guidelines.

Symptomatic Patients:

If you are experiencing symptoms of infection, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment once you are symptom-free.

Face Masks:

We are asking everyone to please wear a face covering to protect themselves and others. Examples include: surgical mask, cloth mask, bandanna, scarf, neck gaiter, or clothing without holes. If needed, a face covering will be provided as our supply allows. Learn more from the U.S. Surgeon General.

Social Distancing:

To keep all patients and our staff safe, we have adhered to social distancing by spacing our waiting room chairs at least 6 feet apart from one another, to maintain a safe distance from fellow patients.

Limit Patient & Staff Exposure:

To minimize overcrowding, if you have someone accompany you who is not necessary to your care, we ask that they wait in the car or somewhere outside of our waiting room.

Please practice the appropriate hand-washing techniques and utilize sanitizers that contains at least 60% alcohol, directly before and immediately after your appointment. We are equipped with these materials.
