Vincent Fennell, M.D.

Dr. Vincent Fennell received his AB degree in Zoology, Summa CumLaude, from UCLA and his MD degree, Magna Cum Laude from the UCLA Center for the Health Sciences where he was elected to the AOA Honor Medical Society. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine and his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at UCLA followed by a fellowship in cardiovascular radiology. Dr Fennell served in the United States Navy as a reserve medical officer and was honorably discharged with the rank of Lt. Commander. He has achieved Board Certification by both the American Board of Radiology and the American Board of Nuclear Medicine.

Dr. Fennell entered private practice at The Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii and subsequently associated into a thriving radiology practice at Northridge Hospital Medical Center, where he served as Medical Director of Radiology for many years. During this time he served as Medical Advisor to the Radiologic Technology Program at CSUN and lectured on radiologic anatomy to the students enrolled in the Dept of Health Sciences. He is presently Medical Director at Northridge Diagnostic Center, part of the Radnet system of Imaging Centers, where he practices general radiology, with special interest and skills in body CT imaging, Ultrasound, and Mammography. He is also an American College of Radiology certified mammography reader.

Dr. Fennell is a member of the American College of Radiology, the American Roentgen Ray Society, the Radiological Society of North America, and the Los Angeles Radiological Society.

Dr. Fennell is married and has many non-professional interests including photography, amateur radio, flying, motorcycling, audio and music, computers, and literature.
