Dr. Wendy Tien obtained her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After an internship at Albert Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Dr. Tien completed her residency in diagnostic radiology at the Pennsylvania Hospital. Following residency, she completed a fellowship in Abdominal Imaging at Duke University Medical Center.
In January 2009, Dr. Tien joined Valley Diagnostic Imaging Medical Group in Burbank, California and then opened Imaging Specialists of Pasadena (a Valley Diagnostic Imaging Facility). She is board certified in diagnostic radiology and has special expertise in all cross-sectional body imaging modalities (Ultrasound, Computed Tomography, Positron Emission Tomography and MRI).
