Our highest priority is to ensure the best health and safety measures for every one of our patients and team members. We have taken many steps so that you can feel relaxed and confident during your visit and to ensure that you do not unnecessarily delay addressing non-COVID-19 health issues. Please know that we have replicated the highest safety standards dictated by the state Secretary of Health and the CDC to image any non-COVID-19 exams at all of our imaging centers.

During this unique time, our imaging centers remain open. However, please contact us prior to your appointment time to confirm availability as some hours of operation are subject to change.

  • Our office is always clean, but we have now taken additional measures to further clean. We disinfect highly-touched surfaces throughout the day with EPA-approved disinfectants that are considered effective against coronavirus. Additionally, we have added extra time in between each exam to allow for additional social distancing and cleansing.

  • Our staff has been trained extensively on infection prevention protocols which includes comprehensive patient screening and utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) when providing patient care.

  • We have equipped our registration desk with protective shielding and have implemented mandatory temperature checks for all staff and patients.

  • Our leadership team meets multiple times per day to ensure our safety protocols meet or exceed all currently accepted local and national guidelines.

  • If you are experiencing symptoms of infection, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment once you are symptom-free.

  • We are asking everyone to please wear a face covering to protect themselves and others. Examples include: surgical mask, cloth mask, bandanna, scarf, neck gaiter, or clothing without holes. If needed, a face covering will be provided as our supply allows. Learn more from the U.S. Surgeon General.

  • To keep all patients and our staff safe, we have adhered to social distancing by spacing our waiting room chairs at least 6 feet apart from one another, to maintain a safe distance from fellow patients.

  • To minimize overcrowding, if you have someone accompany you who is not necessary to your care, we ask that they wait in the car or somewhere outside of our waiting room.

  • Please practice the appropriate hand-washing techniques and utilize sanitizers that contains at least 60% alcohol, directly before and immediately after your appointment. We are equipped with these materials.
