Introducing our New Patient Portal: CONNECT

Fresno Imaging is proud to introduce CONNECT, our new Patient Portal. Launched on Wednesday, July 1st, the portal is part of our ongoing commitment to provide convenient access for patients to healthcare information. The HIPAA Privacy Rule gives patients access to their medical information, and we have always honored patients’ requests for results. Now, we are meeting the government’s Meaningful Use requirements, an integral part of healthcare reform, by providing our patients electronic access to their medical information.

Our aim is always to serve you and your patients in better ways. We stand by ready to help.

How It Works

After an exam, you will receive a pass with the portal’s website address and a unique, secure code. With this code, you can then create an account on the portal to access a complete exam history, or skip account creation and enter the code to only see the results for the corresponding visit.

Patients see results of their exam- a summary of their visit and their up-to-date medical history, along with the radiologist’s report and images.
