Lenox Hill Radiology’s Bay Shore facility (formerly Medical Arts Radiology) provides Long Island’s South Shore with a wide array of medical services. Located just off Montauk Highway and on the corner of Oakland Avenue, our facility is a two-minute drive from Southside Hospital. Whether it’s a Biopsy or DEXA Bone Density scan, we are happy and ready to help. Other services we provide include 1.5T Wide-Open MRI, 3D Mammography, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasounds, and X-rays.

Our Bay Shore location has been named a Designated Comprehensive Breast Imaging Center by the American College of Radiology (ACR). This status recognizes breast imaging centers that have earned accreditation in all of the College’s voluntary, breast-imaging accreditation programs and modules, in addition to the mandatory Mammography Accreditation Program.

The breast imaging services at Lenox Hill Radiology | Bay Shore are fully accredited in mammography, stereotactic breast biopsy, breast ultrasound, and ultrasound-guided breast biopsy. Peer-review evaluations, conducted in each breast imaging modality by board-certified physicians and medical physicists who are experts in the field, have determined that this facility has achieved high practice standards in image quality, personnel qualifications, facility equipment, quality control procedures, and quality assurance programs.
