Dr. Kourosh Naeini is a board certified Radiologist with dual sub-specialty fellowship training in Neuroradiology and Head & Neck imaging at University of Pennsylvania as well as PET/CT and Neuronuclear imaging at University of California in Los Angeles.
Dr. Naeini passion and interests lie in combined Neuro-imaging and advanced Nuclear imaging techniques which add patient-centric value and quality specially for Head and Neck cancers and Alzheimer’s disease.
He has significant experience in Head & Neck cancer imaging including interpreting PET/CT and other advanced radiology exams for cancer patients throughout the state of California. Dr. Naeini has Neuronuclear certificate for interpreting Brain PET for Alzheimers’s. He works closely with a sub-specialty tumor board based, sharing his knowledge of cancer imaging and PET/CT at regular meetings with radiation therapists, pathologists, and surgeons.
He is a current member of the American Society of Head & Neck Radiology, American Society of Neuroradiology, Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging, Radiological Society of North America and the American College of Radiology.
