Steven R. Kapelov, M.D., received a Bachelor of Science undergraduate degree from Yale University prior to attending Stanford University School of Medicine, where he was a recipient of the Stanford Alumni Medical Scholars Award.
Following medical school, Dr. Steven Kapelov completed a diagnostic radiology residency at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles and received fellowship training at the Magnetic Resonance Imaging Memorial Education Center in Long Beach, Calif. Dr. Kapelov is board-certified by the American College of Radiology.
Dr. Kapelov has served as Medical Director since 1997 at our Medical Diagnostic Imaging office. He is a current member of the Radiological Society of North America and the Los Angeles Radiological Society.
