Through our Patient Portal you are now able to schedule MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Screening Mammograms, and DEXA (Bone Density). Please note:X-ray exams are performed on a walk-in basis.
Pre-Appointment Checklist
Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a text message with a link to complete the following:
1. Confirm Appointment
Make the selection to confirm or change your appointment. If prior authorization is required, please ensure it is on file prior to your appointment.
We require a 72-hour notice to change your appointment.
2. Pre-Exam Preparation
Your exam may require preparation. Please be sure to review and follow all instructions; otherwise, you may need to be rescheduled.
3. Complete Paperwork
To expedite your appointment check-in, complete all pre-registration forms before your appointment.
4. Submit Your Documents
Upload your photo ID, insurance card, and referral for your imaging exam.
5. Read Appointment Details
Please review all appointment details, including date and time, location, and exam scheduled.
6. Payment at Time of Service
Any patient responsibility required by your insurance plan, including copays, coinsurance, or deductibles, is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.

Prepare for an Exam
Get exam preparation instructions so you’re ready for your appointment.
Use our online Patient Portal to access your exam results and images. We will provide you with an access code that can be used to quickly navigate within our portal to your recent exam, or you can set up a portal account to have access to your complete exam history.
