X-Rays are handled as walk-ins only. For X-rays, visit our Indianapolis/Carmel or Greenwood location during regular business hours and bring your order. Click for directions and office hours.

When scheduling your appointment online or over the phone, you will need:
- Your Insurance Card
- Order/Script
- Name of your referring physician
- A contact email address or cell phone number
