The current Woodburn Provider Portal (3C) will be moving to a new location after September 1, 2026. After this date, all images will be available through the Woodburn eRAD Provider Portal at woodburnrpconnect.com.

Connect, our provider portal, gives our referring physicians convenient and quick access to patient study results. Connect provides secure access to your patients’ reports and images and real-time updates on exam status. Reports and images are available to you as soon as they are signed.

Search

Locate any patients seen by Woodburn Nuclear Medicine and Metro Region PET Center. View your patients’ entire exam history to access the report and images you want.

View Reports

View reports directly within the portal, as soon as they are completed and signed. Download the report so it can be included in the patient’s EMR record.

View full DICOM images directly within your browser. Use convenient window-leveling, measuring, and scrolling controls.

Order and Schedule Online

Order and schedule for most types of exams. Track orders by status. Access our appointment book and select available time-slots—in real time—including weekend and evening appointments.
