Terms and Conditions: Account-Related Push Notifications from RadNet’s Short Code [723638]

RadNet’s SMS Notification Services—RadNet, Inc., and its subsidiaries provide standard rate SMS services to patients being referred to one of our imaging centers by a physician, or to patients that have scheduled an appointment at one of our imaging centers. These SMS Terms govern the provision and delivery of SMS messages by RadNet or our service providers.

RadNet sends text messages to patients to notify them of orders that need to be scheduled or appointments that have been scheduled. RadNet may also send text messages to patients to obtain information about scheduled appointments. Communications through our short code services occur on an opt-in basis.

How to opt-in The patient can opt-in to the short code program in the following ways:

  1. The patient can opt-in and register their telephone number here.

How to opt-out To opt out of the program at any time, patients can follow one of these methods:

  1. To opt out of the current messaging transaction, the patient can text “STOP”, to 723638.

After sending the “STOP” message to RadNet, we may send an automatic reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed from that thread and to terminate delivery of any additional text messages for the current transaction. After this, you will no longer receive messages from RadNet for the current transaction, unless you opt-in again by replying “EXAM” to 723638.

To be completely removed from RadNet’s text messaging system, the patient can text “END”, “QUIT”, “CANCEL” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to 723638. After receiving this message, RadNet may send an automatic reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed from all RadNet SMS messages. You will not receive any further SMS messages from RadNet unless you text “EXAM” to 723638.

How to get more help with SMS messages—A patient needing assistance on the notifications technology or process can text "HELP" to 723638. We will send a reply with instructions on how to contact RadNet and how to unsubscribe.
