We are pleased to announce that effective December 1, 2018, RadNet has acquired Orange County Diagnostic Imaging Centers. RadNet currently operates over 30+ imaging centers in the Orange County and Long Beach Regions and offers the broadest range of radiology and imaging services in the industry
The Radnet network will expand as a result of the transaction, as the Orange County Diagnostics facilities will provide additional locations for the residents of Orange County and Long Beach to access the highest level of service and expertise in radiology.
Dr. Seyed Shahrokni and his current radiology group will continue to provide the same high level of professional interpretation and service to which the community is accustomed, and will work collaboratively with our existing radiology team in the provision of services in the larger Orange County area.

The new RadNet centers are as follows:
Irvine:
15500 Sand Canyon Avenue, Suite 120, Irvine, CA. 92618.
- Advanced imaging (MRI and CT) will be consolidated into our current RadNet Center in Irvine, located at 16300 Sand Canyon Avenue, Irvine, CA 92618.
- The breast imaging department currently at Orange County Diagnostics-Irvine, will become part of a brand new MemorialCare breast dedicated center located at that location, which will offer comprehensive breast care services.
Long Beach:
The Long Beach OCD location will be consolidated into RadNet’s current centers:
- Los Coyotes Advanced Imaging: 3320 Los Coyotes Diagonal, Suites 120 & 112, Long Beach,CA 90808
- Douglas Park: 3828 Schaufele Ave., Suite 250, Long Beach, CA 90808
- Liberty Pacific Advanced Imaging: 2708 E. Willow Street, Signal Hill, CA 90755
