Understand Pre-Exam Preparations

It is essential to carefully read through the exam preparations and fully grasp the provided information.

Complete Pre-Registration Form

For added convenience, kindly fill out all pre-registration forms and submit personal information before your appointment.

Upload Personal Documents

To expedite the process, please upload your Photo ID, Insurance Card, and Provider's Order for an imaging exam.

Confirm Appointment

Kindly review and confirm your upcoming appointment.

Payment at Time of Service

Payment is typically rendered at the time of service.

Get Your Results

Use our online Patient Portal to access your exam results and images. We will provide you with an access code that can be used to quickly navigate within our portal to your recent exam, or you can set up a portal account to have access to your complete exam history.
