Request Images and Medical Records
Radiology Regional offers patients a convenient and secure way to receive their medical images electronically or on a physical CD.
For Electronic Requests
You can now share or request a copy of your medical images electronically via PowerShare. Once you have a PowerShare account set up, you can share imaging studies with doctors and specialists as needed, as well as upload prior studies to be shared with Radiology Regional. The PowerShare network is encrypted to ensure your privacy is protected and no one can see your medical information without your consent.
If you encounter any issue while accessing PowerShare, please call 239-275-3160 Monday through Friday 8:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 5:00pm for assistance from a Medical Records clerk.
For CD Requests
To request a copy of your images onto a CD for pick up at Radiology Regional’s Medical Records Department or via USPS, fill out and submit the Medical Records Request form . If you have questions about the medical records request process, please contact 239-275-3160.
After submitting the form, you should receive a confirmation email (automation@smartsheet.radiologyregional.com) confirming that your submission was successfully sent.
Please Note: You will be charged $5.00 per CD. The number of CDs needed will depend on the file size.
